Conceptualized by SVF Brands, ‘Sunlight Tantir Rong’ highlights Bengal’s traditional handloom sector which has been struggling with the changing consumer preferences and rise of power looms. Covid has made the situation even worse. With ‘Sunlight Tantir Rong’ an initiative was launched to give the traditional weavers a platform to showcase their art. Traditional weavers from five major handloom clusters collaborated with one of the famous Kolkata-based clothing brands and an exclusive collection was launched.
Also conceptualized by SVF Brands, ‘Asian Paints Moner Thikana’ gives an in-depth peek into the homes of Bengal's biggest superstars, their memories and their journeys in a 5-episode mini-series.
