On the glorious occasion of 75th Independence day, a tree plantation drive was organised at Nabagram Military Station in Murshidabad district on 15 August 2021 by Agnibaan Brigade. The drive was organised to reinforce the Go Green resolve of the Indian Army, reflecting sustained efforts of the Armed Forces towards environmental protection.
As part of the event, 75 saplings were planted within the Military Station. The mega event also witnessed active participation of the Ex Servicemen community including war veterans of Murshidabad and adjoining districts.
