National Law University Odisha Wins 4th Dr. Justice B.P. Saraf National Moot Court Competition

The All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (EZ) and The West Bengal University of Juridical Sciences organized the 4th edition of Dr. Justice B.P. Saraf National Moot Court Competition spread over two days (8th & 9th September 2018) at The West Bengal University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata where in 23 Universities and colleges (Including 14 National Law Universities) from all over India participated. This Moot court competition is an endeavor to maintain and develop competencies of the law students, to enhance their knowledge, expertise and skill sets for Court Litigation and in varied areas of the profession.

President of AIFTP; Mr. N.D. Saha, Co Chairman Moot Court Committee & Chairman AIFTP (EZ); Mr. Subash Agarwal, Convener Moot Court Committee & many other eminent personalities.

Speaking to the MediaMr. Vivek Agarwal and Mr. Bhaskar Sinha RoyJoint Secretary of AIFTP (EZ) said, “Moot Competition is an integral part of the law students which help them to prepare for the future Court Practice. Under the able guidance of Dr. Ashok Saraf and N.D. Saha, the federation has achieved new milestones and set new benchmark.”
The Highlights of the Competition included Opportunities for the young Law Students to interact with senior Judges and Stalwarts of the Taxation and Law Fraternity. The participants from all over India argued there cases in front of various courts and got to learn the art of arguing in the Courts.
