Jain Group Launches Eastern India’s First Child-Centric Project, Dream Gurukul

Kolkata: Leading city-based real estate developer, Jain Group, today launched a unique and innovative project - Dream Gurukul in Madhyamgram.  It is the first-of-its-kind housing project that aims to provide a holistic development to residents’ children in addition to a superlative lifestyle. Jain Group has signed Four Gurus to endorse the project as Brand Ambassadors - Pt Ajoy Chakraborty, Smt Mamata Shankar, Shri Shuvaprasanna & Shri Bhaichung Bhutia.

The logo of Gurukul was unveiled by Pt Ajoy Chakraborty, Smt Mamata Shankar & Shri Shuvaprasanna  in the presence of Mr Shrayans Jain, Vice Chairman, Jain Group and Mr Rishi Jain, Managing Director, Jain Group.


 

Dream Gurukul will be an all-inclusive lifestyle condominium in the serene environs of Madhyamgram over 4.12 acres of land, barely a few kilometres away from Kolkata airport. The project has been conceived in such a manner that the residents will get access to fabulous teachers in the field of Music, Dance, Arts & Sports, who will assist and support their child to gain a well-rounded outlook towards life. Dream Gurukul will comprise 6 towers with 2 and 3 BHK units. The anticipated timeline for completion of the project is 42 months from the start of construction. The apartments would be priced at Rs 65 Lakhs onwards for 3 BHK and Rs 45 Lakhs onwards for 2 BHK.

Dream Gurukul; has been designed with the following elements headed by renowned personalities to enable a selection of creative pursuits for young minds:

Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty is the face of Malhar - The Harmony of Life. This is a special room to be created in Gurukul that is conducive to musical knowledge providing optimal acoustics.

Smt Mamata Shankar is the face of Muktadhara - The Rhythm of Happiness. This is a special room to be created in Gurukul dedicated for learning dance by young, budding aspirants.

Shri Shuvaprasanna is the face of Studio Chitrakalpa - The Art of Good LivingThis will be a gallery-like studio flooded with natural light and a peaceful atmosphere that enables inspiration into every stroke.

Shri Bhaichung Bhutia is the face of Krirangan - The Goal to Success. This will be a lush and manicured multipurpose playground for football and other outdoor sports to foster team spirit and a winning mentality amongst the youngsters. Dream Gurukul will be completed in two Phases. While Phase I is open for booking already, Phase II booking is scheduled to open in March, 2024.
