centres have been established by the government of India across all the Indian states. Young aspirants who have enrolled for defence services will undergo training in these centres under the able guidance of experienced, retired army officials.
Under the government of India guidelines, para military skills, a crucial part of defence training, can only be imparted by experienced defence officials. Along with the re-employment of ex-army officials, the initiative seeks to create capable and skilled personnel in the
defence forces with the aid and assistance of experienced veterans who have served the defence forces of India.
The program will be graced by Priyabrata Pramanik, member of the apex body of policies, Government of India and Prasenjit Maity, founder, chairman and director of Metive Pvt. Ltd. Keeping the surge in COVID cases in Bengal in mind, the program will be held in a small gathering where the main points of this scheme will be elaborated.
Prosenjit Bose, Chairman cum Managing Director at Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra says, "This training will be imparted to the young defence recruits across India in all the centres. In addition, sound paramilitary training is preferred for the security personnel employed by even private security agencies. Here is where we come in with first-hand experience, expertise and counsel."
The Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra helps, guides, aids and trains the unemployed youths of India with appropriate skill development programs and loans from public sector banks at low interest rates.
