A formal press conference regarding "2nd edition of Chitra Bharati Kolkata Short Film Festival 2018-19" was held on 30th January at Press Club Kolkata.
The film fest is organized by 'Parampara'.
Veteran actor and President of the Festival Committee, Mr. Victor Banerjee and Convenor Debasish Iyer informed that several short films of various genre and submitted from various parts of the country will be screened on 16th Feb. at Asutosh Birth Centenary Hall, Kolkata.
