Renowned music maestros Sarod Baba and Gayaki Mata were the revered Guests of Honour of 'Hello Kolkata Festive Fiesta' on 4th Nov. at Bangur Mukta Mancha.
The internationally acclaimed music geniuses were felicitated for their outstanding work on behalf of a national level NGO by Dr. Saheli Roychowdhury (Organizing Secretary, 'Hello Kolkata Fair'), eminent fashion photographer Somnath Hazra and Asish Basak, Editor-Director, 'Hello Kolkata'.
They also spoke for a few minutes on 'Music for Peace', an initiative to reduce stress through music meditation. 'Music for Peace' will soon be documented in a form of a book, to be written by Asish Basak. The book is slated to release during 'Kolkata BOOK FAIR'.
