Kolkata : World Trade Center- NDITA and Princeton Club , in collaboration with the Indian Army, Eastern Command, successfully organised a Blood Donation Camp dedicated to supporting the brave soldiers of the nation. A total of 80 units of blood were collected during the drive, which will be utilised for Army personnel, their dependents, and veterans.

The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from the staff members of Merlin Group, Princeton Club, Acropolis Mall and Homeland Mall all joining hands to contribute to this noble cause.

Lt Rahul Uday Kumar, Indian Army, Eastern Command, extended heartfelt gratitude to the organisers and donors for their commendable effort. “Blood is the most valuable gift one can offer. We deeply appreciate this initiative by Princeton Club and World Trade Center, NDITA, for supporting our soldiers and their families,” he said.

Mr. Sushil Mohta, Chairman, Merlin Group, expressed pride in being associated with this humanitarian endeavour. “At Merlin Group, we have always believed in serving society beyond business. This collaboration with the Indian Army for a blood donation drive is our humble way of expressing gratitude to the bravehearts who safeguard our nation,” he stated.

Ms. Seema Mohta, Director, Merlin Group, expressed her appreciation towards the Indian Army for partnering in the initiative. “Donate blood, as it saves lives. Merlin Group is highly obliged to the Indian Army for giving us the opportunity to serve the nation through this noble cause. Donating blood not only helps others but also promotes better heart and liver health for the donor,” she remarked.

The event reaffirmed the strong spirit of social responsibility and gratitude towards the guardians of the nation, encouraging the community to come forward and contribute to life-saving causes.
