Metro will run 256 (128 UP & 128 DN) daily services instead of 246 services from Monday to Friday from 15th of this month. Metro is going to run 10 additional daily services during weekdays. Out of these services, 148 services (74 UP & 74 DN) will run in between Kavi Subhash and Dakshineswar. Metro services will run at an interval of 5 minutes from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM, 5:00 PM to 6:30PM in UP direction and 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 10:30AM to 11:00AM, 5:00PM to 6:00PM and 6:30PM to 7:00PM in DN direction.
The first train will start from Dakshineswar, Dum Dum and Kavi Subhash at 7-30AM which is usual. The last train will be available from Dakshineswar at 9-18PM. From DumDum and Kavi Subhash the last train will start at 9-30PM. East –West Metro services will remain unchanged. The passengers who have Smart card only can travel this service and they should maintain Social Distancing and all other Covid Protocols in the Metro premises.
