The super cyclone Amphan left a long lasting impression on Santoor Ashram

The philanthropic institute that had been created by Santoor Maestro Pt. Tarun Bhattacharya almost two decades back has sustained severe damages because of Amphan. Santoor Ashram has in these two decades shaped and helped young musicians create a niche for themselves. A 4 day festival Global Music Fest is being organised from the 14th of June 2020 in association with Sohini .  Following the traditional Guru Shishya Parampara. To provide an opportunity to the young talent and also to raise funds for Santoor Ashram. The concert which is being premiered digitally features more than 40 musicians from 3 continents. 
The participants are Day 2 features 
Suprova Mukherjee ( Faculty ), Madhumita Saha, K.Shreeja, Rushi Ghetia, Obaid Aria,Ahilan Hatti, Abhinav Kumar, Ganapathiraman Ji along with his son Vijayan and Sadhana, Pratham Subrahmanya, Manish S Mahadevan, Jyotirmay Roychowdhury (Faculty ) , Ayush Lala, Shreshth Bhargava, Arko Dutta Banik, Shraman Sen, Karthik Iyer, Vignesh Sadasivan, Diya Nath, Soham Deshmukh, Ziaul Sk. , Shravan Ramanand on Day 1
 Day 4 will feature 
Pt. Tarun Bhattacharya, Mridangacharya Mani Vidwan Ramesh Srinivasan and his daughter Sathya Ramesh, Amie Maciszewski, Maurice Gainen, Srinivas Rao , Abhigyan Datta, Samikshn, Esha Goswami, Mihir Raghav Ganesan, Varunadithya Chitta
 Day 3 features 

Ustad Najmuddin Javed , Radhika Bhalerao, Debsagar Malik, Agasthya Vangara, Jyotishman Nath, Neel Sachdev, Nathan, Haranath Rao, Ram V Rao, Ashwin Chandra, Aswin Surya, Saaketh Nandakumar
